Educational Requirements:
∎ At least High School or Vocational Graduate
∎ Skills Required: T-shirt Factory
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication with the buyer
∎ Skills Required: Able to operate all type of sewing machine, Sewing and Finishing, Sewing Machine Maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments Manufacturing, Quality control, Sewing Machine Maintenance, Sewing production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern Sewing machines using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence for Apparel.
∎ Experienced in a fast pace high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.
∎ Know how to prepare a production schedule/sewing plan per line in collaboration with the planning department. Expertise in production load management and line balancing as per buyer style requirements.
∎ Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Familiar and knowledgeable of modern production types of machinery and equipment.
∎ With technical sound knowledge on production quality adherence based on buyer requirements and factory quality expectations in coordination with the quality department.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments, and manpower is on time as per the style feeding plan.
∎ Having the ability to understand the importance and the relevance of Industrial Engineering activities.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Assist in different aspects of the department to assure workflow (i.e. labeling, quality control/assurance, steam/press of products going through the repair section)
∎ Assist and ensure that daily production quotas are met and identify/maintain product integrity and quality of work at all times
∎ Perform maintenance of machinery as necessary and maintain a safe and clean work environment
∎ Knowledgeable of how to change sewing needles for multiple gauge style.
∎ Knowledgeable and experience in how to identify and prevent sewing defects
∎ Technical know-how on setting up sewing tension in accordance with sewing chart/method.
∎ Monitoring the total sewing output of the day.
∎ Recommend any line improvement as necessary.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ At least 5 year(s) of demonstrated experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.
