• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Service Engineer for Carlcare Service Centers(Official After Sales Service for Itel, Tecno & Infinix)

Major Responsibilities:
1. Identifying hardware failures (screen, battery, motherboard) and software glitches (OS crashes, malware, app crashes, sync issues).
2. Providing "L1, L2, L3 & L4" support for complex repairs executing component-level fixes and part replacements
3. Testing all device functions to meet factory standards
4. Following SOPs and ESD safety standards strictly
5. Using 5s methodology to maintain an organized center
6. Managing customer complaints and delays professionally
7. Monitoring stock levels to prevent part shortages
8. Managing the return of defective components timely to Central Warehouse etc.

Qualification: BSC / Diploma in Electronics

Experience: At least 1.5-year Technical Experience of Customer Care Center from Mobile Phone Industry.
