Skills Required: CRM Management,Fluent in English speaking and Writing,Microsoft Excel,Renovation

  • Familiar with the renovation process, including planning, execution, and supervision.

  • Possesses knowledge of standard renovation procedures and project timelines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain the image standards of the exclusive store and after-sales service.

  • Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of new service center projects.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with layout and design standards.

  • Supervise renovation and construction activities, ensuring timely completion and quality.

  • Maintain knowledge of renovation processes and market pricing of construction materials.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth implementation.

  • Monitor budget usage and ensure cost-effectiveness in service center development.

  • Evaluate existing service centers and recommend improvement plans.

  • Prepare reports and updates for management on project status and progress.

  • Monitoring service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.

  • Identifying areas for improvement in service processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Identifying and recommending improvements to service processes, technologies, and resources. 

  • Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
