We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Lead Generation Expert who can drive website traffic, optimize SEO performance, and generate high-quality leads for our clients and internal projects.
This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in both SEO and lead generation to support business growth across multiple channels.
Conduct full website audits and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, indexing).
Perform on-page optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema, Core Web Vitals).
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach.
Manage Local SEO, GEO SEO, and AEO (voice search/featured snippets).
Monitor website performance with Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement improvements.
Identify and research potential clients via LinkedIn, email, social media, and other platforms.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
Conduct outreach campaigns and nurture leads until sales-ready.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns for higher ROI.
Integrate SEO and lead generation strategies to maximize traffic and conversions.
Provide regular reports on website performance, lead quality, and campaign results.
Suggest improvements in content, campaigns, and outreach for better results.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in both SEO and Lead Generation.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC) and CRM/lead generation tools.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently.
Good communication skills in English (Spoken & written)
Work with international clients and projects.
