Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SEO roadmap, identify and implement strategies and tactics for increasing organic traffic
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Local SEO, Global SEO, YouTube SEO
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
∎ Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media platforms contents
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
∎ Research, test, manage link building campaigns for high quality inbound links from paid/free directories, top industry sites, blogs and more
∎ Work experience on backlinking
∎ Social media marketing
∎ Conduct keyword research using Google and other research tools
∎ Recommend SEO opportunities based on keyword research and internal tools
∎ Proactively monitor search engine changes and document search engine algorithmic changes
∎ Interpret Web analytics data for performance improvement. Be comfortable with Google Analytics
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Manage email and SMS campaigns.
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media platforms contents.
∎ Collaborate with Development team keeping components compatible with SEO.
∎ Make recommendations for content changes to new and existing content, including site side and link-building analysis and recommendations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
∎ Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
∎ Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools
∎ Must be a quick learner when it comes to differences in cultures which can shape the foundation of a SEO project
∎ Great communication skills, written and verbal.
∎ Ability to juggle multiple short-term and long-term projects and be effective at task and timeline management
∎ Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, FLASH, AJAX, and CSS as they relate to SEO
∎ Comfortable working with content management systems
∎ Ability to work individually and with cross functional teams to drive results

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Depends on Skill
