Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
∎ At least 1~3 years of experience in digital media buying, planning, and community engagement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively communicate with potential customers in different social channels providing proper information regarding the products and services; assist them in selecting and suggesting the right product
∎ Measure and analyze the effectiveness of posts across social media platforms to improve engagement continuously
∎ Support sales across the region with social selling activities and advice
∎ Maintain social channels of the brand and its associated partners.
∎ Closely work with the internal and external stakeholders to guide and come out with a campaign plan
∎ Plan, design, and Execute media buy campaigns on Facebook /IG/ Google, etc.
∎ Guide designers to create creative online/offline content
∎ Maintain web/e-commerce channels with Banners, Price information etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong experience with social media platforms, digital advertising, and community management tools will be considered as added skills
∎ Strong time-management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, and respond to social queries quickly. Ability to handle negative/crisis situations and apply appropriate resolutions to alleviate issues
∎ Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics will be considered as added skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong proficiency in both Bengali and English languages with excellent written communication skills in both
∎ Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bijoy/Avro, etc.
