Job Context:
∎ Reports To: Head / Director
∎ Sales - Export
∎ Business Development Department
∎ *Re: Employment Through LOA (Letter of Appointment) in Octopi Communications Ltd.
∎ Primary Function: Coordination between Singapore office and customers in Bangladesh for the smooth running of the business and gathering market intelligence.
∎ Sales and marketing activities.
∎ Distribution & retailing management.
∎ Excluding price decision and non-authority to sign sales agreement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and marketing activities:
∎ Sales Overview:
∎ Business strategic planning
∎ Sales targets to be fixed with each customer after receiving from Singapore office. Targets are fixed every 6 months (January - June and July -December period).
∎ Monitor sales performance
∎ New business or product development
∎ New account set up registration & document follow up
∎ Administration: Export control, sales agreement
∎ Customer credit control & payment collection follow up
∎ Ensure smooth logistic run and solve all the documentation issues
∎ Closely working with Singapore office for supports e.g. fulfill customer requests;
∎ production/delivery time
∎ Follow up aftersales service matters
∎ Frequent market survey to check on market & competitor's situation.
∎ Distribution & retailing management.
∎ Prepare, update & analyze PSI by market & react ASAP when problem arises
∎ For retailing customers, focus on local ground operations including controlling Hitachi promoter
∎ team & design incentive scheme; display & retail price strategy etc
∎ Marketing:
∎ Planning marketing & promotional strategy and submitting to Singapore office for approval.
∎ Implementing advertising and promotional activity and collecting the evidence of the same.
∎ Organize & prepare all kinds of marketing activities such as exhibition, seminar, brand Corner set
∎ up, product training to staffs, factory visit etc.
∎ Others:
∎ In charge of Sales Coordination for Bangladesh market
∎ *Responsible for any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in MNC multinational company and Consumer Electronics
Salary:
∎ Up to 1,20,000 BDT
