Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA (Marketing) or IT.
∎ Skills Required: Good in english, Knowledge of web analytics tools, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing, Local SEO, Sales & Marketing, SEO and Digital Marketer, SEO Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the execution of SEO strategies across core services
∎ Perform keyword research to identify new lead opportunities across all verticals
∎ Ensure SEO best practices are maintained throughout the site
∎ Fix errors or issues that could be impacting SEO performance
∎ Thorough understanding of all core aspects of SEO (content, technical, offsite) and Google PPC.
∎ Be creative and proactive. Identifying new opportunities for growth
∎ Improve keyword rankings to increase revenue for core services
∎ Help to grow the authority of Compare My Move across all services
∎ Regularly audit landing pages and guides, refreshing and updating content
∎ Stay abreast of search engine developments and algorithm changes
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
∎ Monitor & report on lead, traffic, and keyword positions
∎ Use analytics tools to evaluate and report on impact of outreach campaigns.
∎ Utilise Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs to analyse landing page performance and identify opportunities for improvements
∎ Present monthly reports on traffic & lead numbers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 3 years Commercial SEO experience
∎ Demonstrable experience of ranking improvements to websites
∎ Ability to evaluate content from an SEO and user perspective
∎ Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and Excel
∎ Experience using SEMrush, AHREFS or equivalent
∎ Excellent reporting skills and used to presenting to senior management
∎ Experience of lead generation would be great to bring to the table
∎ Experience of Paid Social Social Media and Google PPC.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
