Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
∎ Leverage customer interactions to convert inquiries into sales and consistently meet sales targets.
∎ Process and capture orders effectively from social media platforms and the company website.
∎ Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on achieving targets.
∎ Monitor order progress, liaise with delivery personnel, and resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently.
∎ Organize and maintain order details in spreadsheets and upload them accurately to the delivery portal.
∎ Manage inventory, ensuring an up-to-date understanding of product variations and stock levels.
∎ Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and marketing trends, and share valuable insights with the team to drive innovation.
