Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample approval based on customer requirement, US customer is preferred
∎ In charge of Proto, Fit, PP and all the other samples approval
∎ Work with US customer on the sample/PPW clarification
∎ Work with factory on the sample making, help factory on construction or fitting issues
∎ Update measurements or construction sketch in flex when necessary
∎ Other duties team manager assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience, ideally in multinational Buying/ Sourcing/ Liaison office
∎ Able to make / suggest pattern corrections based on the fits.
∎ Sound knowledge on CAD / Manual pattern making
∎ Should have good product and material knowledge in respective product category i.e. Sweaters, woven and knit.
∎ Having knowledge on Kids safety standard for USA customers is a plus
∎ Experienced on how to do fit approval, pattern experience is preferred
∎ Should have the technical knowledge to handle all fabrics blends with fancy styles.
∎ Must have worked for reputed American customers (especially young men and women)
∎ Candidate should have excellent communication skills to handle customers independently (like video conference, Teleconference and mails etc.)
∎ Should be a team player and involve right from product development stage to work on risk analysis and suggest suitable precautions for smooth execution of bulk orders.
