∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review samples to ensure that they meet product specifications, such as style, garment fitting, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and write sample comments.
∎ Sample & production knowledge in RTW and swim is must; Experience on Intimate product will be an added advantage.
∎ Ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pattern making, modifying, grading and working knowledge of OptiTex digital pattern program.
∎ Experience evaluating Menswear, swim or intimate fit and pp samples, prepare evaluation for customers.
∎ Strong garment aesthetic feelings. Ability to give direction to the factories to make the samples with better aesthetic/nicer outlook.
∎ Ability to focus further production processes at the time of the sample development, able to give direction to factories to prepare production friendly samples by simplifying the construction/workmanship details if any possibility.
∎ Experience on handling US customer will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
∎ Functional competencies: Garment fitting, Pattern construction, production manufacturing, production machinery and quality knowledge.
∎ Patient and able to work under pressure.
∎ Positive attitude. Willing to travel & work at factories most of the time.
∎ Leverage the works with teammates in daily.
∎ Browzwear(3D) is a plus.
∎ Reasonable communication and negotiation Skill.
∎ Mature, responsible, and self-motivated.
∎ Driving for results, willing to take responsibility.
∎ Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
∎ Good leadership and teambuilding skills.
∎ Passionate about quality and customer focused.
