Educational Requirements:
∎ BS/BSc/ MS in Psychology/ School Psychology/ Industrial-Organizational Psychology/ Developmental Psychology/ Environmental \Clinical or Counseling Psychology from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting individual counseling session to children, adolescent and community
∎ Conducting individual counseling session to the field staffs
∎ Training facilitation on ‘Psychosocial support’ for the para counsellor etc
∎ Module Development, Translation & Documentation
∎ Providing Psychological First Aid (PFA) services in emergency situations
∎ Preparation and compilation of daily/bi-weekly MIS data, weekly report, bi-monthly and quarterly
∎ Provide assistant during the visits of MPC related activities from national and international agencies
∎ Additionally, taking responsibility of the 24/7 emergency helpline and monitoring
∎ Perform any kind of responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor regarding my responsibilities
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Supports child protection staff in identifying the community needs and ensures annual training plan activities are aligned with project plans and proposals
∎ Trains Child Protection staff to ensure quality of work in the field and provide support to the volunteer

∎ Age at least 18 years
