∎ Provide support for multiple EBS modules such as Financials, HRMS, SCM, and CRM in Oracle R12 environments.
∎ Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HR, Payroll, and Finance functionalities and technology.
∎ Work with Oracle HR/Payroll localizations (e.g., Korean HR/Payroll) to support clients globally.
