Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance domain.
∎ Sound knowledge of Software QA Methodologies, tools and processes.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Must have experience in mobile, web and desktop apps testing.
∎ Sound knowledge About SDLC and STLC.
∎ Hands-on experience with functional testing tools i.e. Selenium, Appium etc.
∎ Hands-on experience with load testing tools i.e. JMeter.
∎ Experience on API testing tools i.e. Postman.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of SQL.
∎ Must be familiar with relational database Microsoft SQL Server.
∎ Must be familiar with IDE - Microsoft Visual Studio/Eclipse, SSMS
∎ Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML etc.
∎ Should be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual seeking long-term future with the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Working Experience in Microfinance/Bank/NBFI domain will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ For higher qualified & experienced candidate salary will be fixed on negotiable. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled
