Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Sound knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Must have experience in mobile, web and desktop apps testing.
∎ Sound knowledge About SDLC and STLC.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools i.e. Selenium WebDriver, Appium etc.
∎ Hands-on experience with load testing tools i.e. JMeter.
∎ Experience on API testing tools i.e. Postman.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of SQL.
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Must be familiar with any IDE like Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse etc.
∎ Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.
∎ Should be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual seeking long-term future with the company.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and maintain test case repository.
∎ Design, develop, execute both manual and automation scripts.
∎ Track all discovered issues and defects, and validate fixes provided by developers.
∎ Measure application performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Design and Develop SQL Script to extract data from database and match data with application.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Working Experience in Microfinance domain will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: 80,000/- to 90,000/- (Per month) during probation period, salary will be fix based on experience. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefit like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance and Employee`s Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
