∎ A post graduate degree will be an advantage, but not essential.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position requires 25% Team Management and 75% Programing
∎ Be responsible for all communications between Bangladesh and the Global tech teams
∎ Proactively engage in the planning, design, implementation and support of Eskimi products
∎ Follow and contribute to development best-practices, give and receive code reviews on a daily basis
∎ Constantly improve as a developer and a team member, share knowledge and help other team members grow
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of Scala/Java/C#
∎ Good knowhow of akka, scala, aerospike, redis, kafka
∎ Very good business communications skills
∎ Very good leadership skills
