∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Engineering Leadership Experience (in IT function): At least 12 years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles with a strong track record in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
∎ Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in software engineering with proficiency in Scala, PHP, Java, JavaScript or another programming language. Experience with high-performance distributed/big data systems is a plus.
∎ High Standards: Commitment to raising the bar in engineering practices and team performance.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

∎ Team Building: Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to form a high-performing team.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage and lead engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Product team to ensure product development meets customer needs and business objectives.
∎ Quality and Timely Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects and initiatives.
∎ Technical Roadmap Implementation: Develop and implement the technical roadmap in line with business goals.
∎ Talent Development: Develop and retain engineering talent.
∎ Objective Management: Manage the team by setting challenging objectives.
