∎ Experience working with automation tools and frameworks for UI, REST API testing; familiarity with Cypress or Selenium is a plus
∎ Strong understanding and practical experience of at least one OOP language, preferable Python, JS
∎ Proven experience setting up testing frameworks
∎ Hands-on experience with Jenkins (or another CI/CD tool), including pipeline configuration and automation
∎ Solid understanding of performance, scalability, maintainability, and security in the context of QA
∎ Being comfortable with setbacks, and willing to learn from them
∎ Hunger to learn, grow and level up
∎ Excellent written, spoken level of English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement and maintain automated test suite for frontend and backend, with a strong focus on automation (90% of your role will involve automation tasks)
∎ Ensure the implementation of automated tests aligned with best practices and standards
∎ Create and keep up to date detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
∎ Mentoring junior testers, reviewing their code for quality and efficiency, and ensuring adherence to best coding practices throughout the development of the test framework
∎ Work closely with development team and give timely feedback on both pre and post-release test results and identified bugs
∎ Actively share knowledge within the team and stay up to date with latest news in testing tools and processes
∎ Eskimi is seeking a QA Senior Engineer to join the team based in Bangladesh and work for our global product.
