∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Related Field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
∎ Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Develop and maintain customer relationships.
∎ Analyze trends and results to develop sales strategies and forecast future sales.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on sales performance.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a great experience in the technology field.
∎ Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing.
∎ Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques and ability to handle complex sales cycles.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to travel as needed.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
