Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the sales team to set and meet monthly sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote the company's services and products.
∎ Provide expert consultancy to potential customers, guiding them in converting leads into sales.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
∎ Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt and refine our strategies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sales and marketing roles within a Software Company or Digital Marketing Company.
∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ A passion for staying current with industry trends and innovations.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Competitive salary package based on achieving sales targets
