About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive growth for our flagship product, GetCommerce. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the e-commerce industry and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our platform, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: BDT 30,000 – 60,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Performance-based incentives.
Mobile & Transport allowance (as per company policy).
Festival Bonus.
Yearly salary review (based on KPI).
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through personal and professional networks.
Build relationships with e-commerce businesses, brands, and entrepreneurs.
Present GetCommerce platform features, workflows, and business value clearly.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → closing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team for demos and solution customization.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, workflows, and operations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development and digital marketing.
Strong network within the e-commerce industry (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, and similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Ability to generate leads independently and close deals effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to perform field work beyond desk-based tasks.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
