Experience:

Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) certification will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking, insurance, fintech, financial services, tax consultancy, or related sectors.
Experience in selling professional services or financial products will receive preference.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong customer base and professional network.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience in multinational companies or reputed local organizations will be preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for BDTax services.
Generate sales leads through personal and professional networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Promote tax filing, tax consultancy, and compliance services to salaried professionals, NRBs, SME owners, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Provide basic guidance to clients regarding tax filing and related services.
Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.
