  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking, insurance, fintech, financial services, tax consultancy, or related sectors.

  • Experience in selling professional services or financial products will receive preference.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong customer base and professional network.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Experience in multinational companies or reputed local organizations will be preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for BDTax services.

  • Generate sales leads through personal and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

  • Promote tax filing, tax consultancy, and compliance services to salaried professionals, NRBs, SME owners, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer database.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

  • Provide basic guidance to clients regarding tax filing and related services.

  • Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.
