Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve set Retail/SME/Corporate Banking Asset & Liability targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts
∎ Maintain quality asset through effective retention and prioritize relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client's objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions, and undertakes ongoing review and assessment to ensure plan execution
∎ To lead a team of Relationship Officers/ Direct Sales Officers
∎ To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
∎ To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-10 years of experience in reputed banks /FIs with 2 years' experience in working in a Retail/SME/Corporate Relationship Management Team
∎ Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, Retail/SME/ Corporate products and compliances
∎ Well round knowledge of the Bank's operations and processes and excellent knowledge of credit policies and procedures
∎ Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
