Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in any subject from any reputed University/Institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing technical support to the Case Management team and responsible to overview PSS activity at BRAC.
∎ Train and ensure continual skills development of all team members in psychosocial support.
∎ Attend and lead MHPSS sector meetings on behalf of BRAC.
∎ Ensure the quality of the client to identify short-term and long-term goals as part of a holistic package of PSS care
∎ Directly respond to critical GBV and Non-GBV Cases and refer clients to Psychiatrists where necessary.
∎ Facilitate training in self-care, PFA, GBV Guiding Principle, PSEA, etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
