Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in any subject from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor the activity of the Field Facilitator and CHW.
∎ Prepare work plan and Participate in Capacity building of the staffs
∎ Provide necessary information to higher management in decision making
∎ Ensure the implementation of all activities of the respective site
∎ Ensure all supplies and logistics for Health centers in a timely manner
∎ Ensure targeted performance with quality
∎ Ensure effective staffs distribution
∎ Coordination with relevant Govt. departments (CiC office, Union Parishad, UNO office)
∎ Ensure timely and correctly reporting of all activities.
∎ Make sure payment of the volunteers are provided timely.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
