∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed institution/ University
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GBV Case Management
∎ Assess the case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics
∎ Conduct trainings to case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation
∎ Closely coaching case workers of Community Centre and SSWG
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Experience on capacity building of COMs and Community Support Group on GBV
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
∎ Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication and observation skills
