Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute Adolescent Centre (Prevocational) operating plan and oversee logistics of centres and overall management
∎ Guide and supervise the Programme Organizers
∎ Liaison with local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC appropriately
∎ Sign and adhere to code of conduct
∎ Ensure proper use of teaching learning materials in classroom and maintain stock position accordingly
∎ Identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Any other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies
∎ Budgeting and accounting, accounting software skills, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets, project implementation
∎ Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with relevant stakeholders
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
