Educational Requirements:
∎ MBM/ Master's in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Risk official is responsible for the identification and mitigation of various risks involved in the banking business. S/he is also responsible for monitoring existing investment lines while giving emphasis on irregularities in operation of the advances.
∎ Prepare, conduct, develop and oversee Basel III, Stress Testing activity, MRMR, CRMR, ICAAP and disclosures of key performance indicators of the Bank via Pillar III of Basel III accords.
∎ Establish & quantify the Bank’s 'Risk Appetite', i.e. the level of risk is prepared to accept and setting of risk tolerance and limit etc. with due consideration for sector, industry, geographical location, regulatory limits, market practices, current business and economic conditions.
∎ Review of Risk Management Policies, Management Action Trigger and other Guidelines/manuals time to time.
∎ Ensure proper compliance of BB’s recommendations regarding risk issues.
∎ Report to regulatory bodies/authorities under BASEL-III and good understanding about BASEL III.
∎ Ensure Core Risk compliance of BB’s recommendations regarding risk issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-10 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 2-3 year(s) in the field of Risk Management.
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience in BASEL III Reporting.
∎ Smart, Team spirit, well behaved, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good computer skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and other analytical tools).
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
