Job Context:
∎ Working at a well reputed Liaison office for a European buying house.
∎ You will be supervising other colleagues in pattern making in the Sampling Department.
∎ You must have 10+ years experience in pattern making for woven and knit garments.
∎ You must be able to work independently and guide other team members to perform better.
∎ You must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well experienced in LECTRA Software
∎ Strong knowledge of manual and CAD pattern making, grading and shrinkage
∎ Pattern making as per buyer requirement & grading as per tech pack
∎ Pattern making and grading from dummy sample until production pattern for knit and woven garments (Men, Women, Children)
∎ Prepare consumption accurately
∎ Sound technical knowledge in knit & woven Garments
∎ Capable to assist Production team.
∎ Able to work on Pattern Making to Shipment
∎ Able to calculate Fabric consumption and component usage
∎ Well experienced on fitting of all kinds of garments
∎ Communication with factories and on-site visits, including PP meetings
∎ Communication with European office colleagues
