∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
∎ Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
∎ Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
∎ Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars for employees
∎ Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
∎ Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
∎ Assist in office management tasks including maintaining a functioning IT set up by coordinating with IT service providers, maintaining office equipment, arranging visas and travel for employees
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law is essential
∎ Experience of BD Labor Laws in relation to textile industry is desirable
