∎ At least 5 years of working experience needed. Experience in an ISP company will be preferable.
∎ Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/CISSP/CEH/RHCE/RHCSA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN). Install and configure the network and security infrastructure.
∎ Configure and manage manageable switches, routers (such as Cisco and Juniper), firewalls (like Sophos and Fortinet), access points, and Wi-Fi routers according to rules and requirements.
∎ Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and resolve them proactively. Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management. Maintain documentation for network configurations, security protocols, and incident reports.
∎ Have experience on virtualization technologies, e.g., VMware, Proxmox, and Hyper-V.
∎ Have the ability to configure and maintain mail servers, web servers, DNS, and Active Directory servers etc.
∎ Have the knowledge to install and configure server operating systems like Windows Server and Linux.
∎ Have the ability to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network devices, systems, and applications, and take appropriate action to address vulnerabilities. Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
∎ Design, plan, and implement cloud infrastructure, data center (DC) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
