Key Responsibilities:
Handle and actively monitor all ongoing legal disputes.
Liaise effectively with external legal counsels, courts, and relevant government or regulatory bodies.
Prepare legal documentation, case summaries, hearing notes, and board-level legal representations.
Representing clients in court and appearing before various courts, tribunals, and authorities as instructed.
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date legal case tracker including hearing dates, deadlines, and next actions.
Ensure all legal documents are legally sound, properly formatted, and archived systematically.
Develop and maintain a litigation and compliance calendar with all critical legal and regulatory deadlines.
Proactively flag potential legal and regulatory risks to senior management.
Provide legal advisory support on corporate, civil matters.
Provide strategic recommendations to minimize legal risk and enhance governance.
