Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Annual Performance Appraisal (APA)/Performance Management and take necessary steps to communicate the process across the organization.

  • Give employees feedback/guidance for completion of the APA and communicate with department heads for timely submission of the APA.

  • Collect APA data, arrange meetings with department heads and prepare reports/presentation for the management.

  • Initiate Promotion Interview for the high performer.

  • Maintain proper records of performance reviews and update the same in payroll.

  • Support line manager into transforming HR operations into automated services for smooth operation (HRIS).

  • Assist line manager in training programs, reporting and record keeping work.

  • Responsible to draft various types of letters as per the requirement of Bangladesh Bank.

  • Provide support in preparation of report for Bangladesh Bank on Gender Equality Issues.

  • Ensure support related to different internal/external audit report submission and/or preparation. (ICC operational report)

  • Co-ordinate in employee engagement programs and events.

  • Support in preparing Group Life Insurance Coverage for new/confirmed employees.

  • Assist in employees` day-to-day operational requirements through support services (i.e. NOC, Transfer Order, Duty handover, Release Order, Employment Certificate)

  • Prepare monthly attendance, leave reports to ensure that employees are regularly showing up.
