Job Context:
∎ Function Designation : Area Sales Manager (Retail Liability Business)
∎ Position-Corporate designation : Senior Officer to Senior Principal Officer
∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic Area Sales Manager in Retail Liability Team who has experience in Banking or Financial institution. This candidate should have at least 02 to 05 years of experience in Retail Business and also need to provide support to the Unit Head in managing and developing overall Retail Liability business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the agreed Retail Liability Business target
∎ Monitoring and follow up of Retail liability portfolio performance against business plans and budgets of assigned portfolio
∎ Motivate, track and manage performance of the branch employees in consultation with the respective Unit Head
∎ To ensure visit potential retail and corporate clients to develop strong retail liability business portfolio
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase the retail liability business and ensure retention
∎ Ensure attrition management and enhancement of low value accounts.
∎ Visit customers as and when required, after successfully identifying the right segment.
∎ Introduce Retail products to new clients and discover potential areas for Retail Banking
∎ To help and organize business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, etc.)
∎ To participate in Retail Liability Business campaigns and make the campaign successful.
∎ Resolve customer needs and ensure service excellence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
