Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation preferably in business discipline from reputed university with no third Class / Division.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis & Recommend all types of retail loan proposals specially Home Loan complying with PPG & BB guideline. In addition must have to be ready to work anywhere within the department / division, as and when deemed necessary by the department / division Head.
∎ All mandatory information fields must be filled up with appropriate and correct information.
∎ Resolve any adverse comment / issue if found in the CPV report.
∎ Resolve any adverse issue if found in the CIB report.
∎ Information given on NID, NID Verification Report and relevant information given on the Application Form must be similar and correct.
∎ Information given on NID, CIB Report and relevant information given on the Application Form must be similar and correct.
∎ Management of "Requested Loans / Cards" found in CIB report as per HOCRM (Retail) guidance mails.
∎ KYC Form and recommendation page of Application Form must be filled up with adequate and appropriate information duly signed and sealed by the concerned.
∎ In case of businessperson, unusual B/S transactions must be excluded during Credit Turnover Method.
∎ In case of Landlords (Mortgage Project and rental properties), minutely check the ownership chain as well as ensure presently applicant's ownership and possession over the property through the verified provided documents.
∎ Ensure adequate documentation for Memorandum Deposit of Title Deed (MDTD) where applicable.
∎ Escalate to seniors any suspicious issue / information / document if deemed necessary.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Product Program Guideline (PPG) Parameters including all kind of Income Assessment method.
∎ Achieve at least “Good” audit from Internal Control / regulators.
∎ Ensure of maintenance of turn-around time (TAT) of all Retail Loans proposal.
∎ Update information to Senior Manager-Retail CRM related to Market, Industries etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum Six (6) years' work experience in Retail Credit Risk Management Dept. of any reputed commercial bank(s) in Dhaka.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (both verbal & written).
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Multi tasking ability.
