Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end local procurement of HVAC-related materials, components, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials to support production and project timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Handle supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
Arrange S&OP meeting and prepare MRP.
