Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Incumbent should have adequate product knowledge & HS coding expertise to prepare Proforma Invoice as per local customs requirement for importing goods.

• Should have adequate knowledge on import procedure, customs act and documentation.

• Previous experience of work in SAP is preferred.

• Analyze the orders (PR).

• Issuing work order & order follow up with Supplier & related parties.

• Prepare all source documents and forward to F&A for LC opening.

• Responsible for data entry in SAP.

• Responsible for Bill processing.

• Prepare bill settlement report for Management.

• Source vendor for various spare parts and services.

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.

• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to shipment and transportation.
