Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
Incumbent should have adequate product knowledge & HS coding expertise to prepare Proforma Invoice as per local customs requirement for importing goods.
Should have adequate knowledge on import procedure, customs act and documentation.
Previous experience of work in SAP is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze the orders (PR).
Issuing work order & order follow up with Supplier & related parties.
Prepare all source documents and forward to F&A for LC opening.
Responsible for data entry in SAP.
Responsible for Bill processing.
Prepare bill settlement report for Management.
Source vendor for various spare parts and services.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to shipment and transportation.
