Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Officer, Product Development to join our dynamic team. The role will focus on the design, development, and implementation of new pharmaceutical formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement in existing products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead formulation development activities for solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms.

• Conduct pre-formulation and formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up.

• Prepare and review product development reports, technical documents, and specifications.

• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Support technology transfer activities from R&D to Production.
