Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target for procuring new Investment client for Islami Banking Operation.
∎ Maintain sound relationship with clients through frequent visits and provide extraordinary customer services.
∎ Initiate, monitor and ensure smooth completion of pre and post Investment disbursement process
∎ Assess investment application and investment worthiness of prospective clients through various financial tools (including market-adjusted ones)
∎ Prepare investment proposals, pre-approval documents/memo, offer letters, rate revision letters, disbursement documents and send to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of a investment proposal and meeting the audit compliance
∎ Perform all other interdepartmental duties as assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah, Islami Investment modes, Income Sharing Ratio etc.
∎ Decision making quality for selecting good Investment client.
∎ Perform and achieve Business target under stressed situation.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Should have expertise to run assigned technical job independently.
∎ Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
