Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ 3rd Class/Division or CGPA below 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA below 2.82 out of 5.00 in any examination will not be allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise Retail Loan and Credit Card portfolio.
∎ Attending customers and meeting their queries regarding liabilities & payments.
∎ To visit delinquent borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areas to regularize the accounts.
∎ To communicate to the branch and head office regarding any loan related issues.
∎ To assist other co-worker by any means to develop the performance of the overall Unit.
∎ To achieve the monthly target of the team as set by the Management to keep NPL ratio minimum.
∎ To assist the legal department to file and execution of court cases.
∎ To prepare monthly performance of the team.
∎ To do the other relevant tasks or new assignment from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge about Artha Rin Adalat Ain and Negotiable Instrument Act.
∎ Practical experience in vehicle repossession.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Able to supervise and manage the team.
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.)
∎ Should have the ability to meet the target and work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
