Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receipt of all types of LC applications and other trade transactions over the counter, checking apparent completeness of the same and verification of signature.
∎ Initiating trade transactions in the tracking system
∎ Maintaining liaison with the customer at Customer Service Unit (CSU), which is the primary contact point for the customers.
∎ Maintenance of Import - Export related regulatory documents like IRC, ERC, BIDA Permission, Bond License, Trade License etc.
∎ Delivery of blank format of LC application, LCA Form, IMP Form, TM Form, Form C, TR Form and Maintenance of LCAF register etc.
∎ Scanning transaction vouchers, TT, SWIFT messages etc. for delivery to the customer through email
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on GFET, UCP, ISBP, Import and Export Policy Order, Incoterms, SWIFT arena etc.
∎ Proactive and result driven.
∎ Has sense of ownership
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (both verbal & written)
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Ability to drive and manage interaction with clients and business units
∎ Multi tasking ability
