Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that Cash Incentive applications are scrutinized and discrepancies / observations are notified to the exporter in a timely manner.
∎ To ensure that timely following up have been made with the audit firm and exporter against pending cash incentive applications.
∎ Cash Incentive related applications and documents are re-scrutinized before submission of the claim to Bangladesh Bank to ensure that there is no discrepancy or irregularities in the same.
∎ Maintain financial year wise production capacity of the exporter to ensure that cash incentives are not disbursed by exceeding the production limit.
∎ Reporting of EXPs and other transactions to Bangladesh Bank through online export monitoring system at different stages timely and correctly.
∎ To maintain cash incentive related records and documents in an organized manner
∎ Submission of periodical statements to different regulatory authorities.
∎ Coordinate with the internal and external auditor including Bangladesh Bank and Local and Revenue audit to ensure that there is no post facto audit objection.
∎ To ensure that audit queries / response are responded timely and correctly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on GFET, UCP, ISBP, Import and Export Policy Order, Incoterms, SWIFT arena etc.
∎ Proactive and result driven.
∎ Has sense of ownership
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (both verbal & written)
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Ability to drive and manage interaction with clients and business units
∎ Multi tasking ability
