∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.
∎ Preferably experience in working with diversified partners like NGOs, Bank, NBFI and MFS.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Relationship Management.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Effective team work with diversity and taking challenge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visiting & fixing meetings with new potential partners.
∎ Preparing SLA for new clients.
∎ Prepare a proposal for MFIs for Micro-Insurance.
∎ Share data with actuary for new business.
∎ Update the process flow charts for new projects.
∎ Make user manuals for new portals.
∎ Provide training for the users of new projects.
∎ Follow up the digital claim-sending process.
∎ Share the requirements with IT and making sure a smoother process.
∎ Attain Claim Queries from clients through mail + hotlines.
∎ Analytical report for Clients (when required).
∎ Check the lead time of Not-intimated claims.
∎ Receive the Courier and insert the portal.
∎ Checking all the mail of documents required as well as settled.
∎ Follow up to collect the required documents by calling BM/AM/RM.
∎ Formatting MIS received from clients to upload it in GLIL’s Database.
∎ Profit commission calculation and share with accounts.
∎ Fulfill the requirements of audit observation.
∎ Prepare a report for a premium refund on invalid policies, rejected for age and pre-existing conditions.
∎ Sharing the claim payment sheet (monthly) during the transferring of the monthly claim amount.
