∎ JOB PURPOSE: To support MEAL unit by planning and collecting reliable data from the field level, and produce quality report for management decision making and learning.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct data collection on the field following the set guidelines for survey, focusing on data quality dimensions.
∎ Collect data as per questionnaires using KoBo Toolbox/ODK, review and submit to server within timeline
∎ Keep summary on monitoring findings through prescribed format and timely share with concerned regional manager & branch team
∎ Submitted branch monitoring reports to Manager-MEAL through prescribed format
∎ Look for additional observations, check on the quality of questions etc. and provide feedback to analysts
∎ Communication with operation team, cross-section unit as per need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skill, communication skill, presentation skill and report writing
∎ Programme participants Interview, Qualitative and Quantitative Study and Livelihood Programme, PRA method
∎ Analytical thinking, Linking the findings with programme
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in monitoring and evaluation.
