• Must be Experienced in SAP, Data analysis capability, Work experience or currently working with M&S , H&M, George, LBY.

Planning:      

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize outbound shipping operations related to Shipment from Sales Contract to forwarder CFS in Bangladesh.

• Plan and execute Incentive work relating to export independently in timely manner.       

• Lead and mentor a team of shipping personnel, overseeing their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with intra-departments functions such as Merchandising, Production Planning and warehouse to coordinate shipping activities to meet customers’ requirements.

Documentation Management:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation including Invoice, bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms and export documentation.

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling, international shipping requirements, customs procedures and safety standards.

• Implement quality control measures to minimize shipping errors, discrepancies and damages, ensuring accurate and satisfactory order fulfillment for customers.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns and issues related to outbound shipments, providing timely and effective resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of outbound shipping operations.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, shipping costs and other relevant documentation.
