Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To provide Technological support to HRD Staff for smooth operation of HRD Activities
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ICT Support Services to HRD Staff
∎ Provide hardware, software and network support to HRD Staff and update all system and application software and hardware
∎ Plan, schedule and conduct training/orientation on new technology to stake holder as per requirements to increase knowledge on IT/IS
∎ Maintain and update inventory of ICT product
∎ Conduct training/orientation on ERP & ICT for BRAC Staff in coordination with BLD to increase technological knowledge
∎ Provide end user support on new and existing software for smooth operations of HRD activities
∎ Module development of ICT training/orientation
∎ Frequent field visit as per need
Additional Requirements:
∎ Inventory Management of IT product
∎ ICT training/orientation conduction, module development
∎ IT Hardware, Software and Network Maintenance
∎ Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication
∎ Adaption with change management
∎ Influential Power
∎ Work in a team
∎ Minimum 1 year experience related to IT is required
