Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Professional qualification in IT will be an added advantage
∎ Proven knowledge of Hardware and network-related activities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, Information technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide end user IT support in day-to-day operations.
∎ Manage Endpoint protection & user backup.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of corporate data storage.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the company network infrastructure.
∎ Provide remote site support upon incidents/ requests.
∎ Provide recommendation for IT asset purchases and procure them.
∎ Maintain IT asset inventory.
∎ Provide recommendations to improve overall IT environment of the organization.
∎ Educating coworkers on network security and computer usage recommended practices.
∎ Perform other duties and special projects as required by the position.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
∎ Ability to manage business application, Hardware, Network, and IT Enabled Service.
∎ Network and Systems administration skills (i.e. - Firewall & Server configuration)
∎ Exposure to Cloud technologies will be an added advantage (i.e. - O365 Suit, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Google Suit, etc.)
∎ Ability to learn and adopt latest IT concepts and Technologies.
∎ Ability to manage, maintain and troubleshoot client operating systems (Windows/ IOS) and Network issues.
∎ Should be a team player and willing to work extended hours.
∎ Excellent communication skills
