Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of network troubleshooting & concepts on (TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP,VLANS etc).
∎ Configuration and installation of network devices such as routers, switches ,Fortinet.
∎ Hands on job experience on MS office 365 administration and Azure platform.
∎ Strong Knowledge of windows server, Active Directory, VM and Hyper V.
∎ Microsoft officer365 email service administration and C panel Management skills, Mail service management on Carbonio platform.
∎ File server management skills.
∎ Management IT support on demand.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Relevant Certification: MCSA, CCNA, Microsoft office 365 Administration.
