Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To create visual materials for both online and offline to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate target group
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop different DTP like brochure, leaflet, educational materials, books, magazines, posters etc. for brand building and value creation activities.
∎ Develop graphics content for programme related social media pages, blog & website.
∎ Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos giving organizations a visual 'brand'.
∎ Meeting relevant person to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the material and design on hand.
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
∎ Accomplish different audio and video editing tasks when required.
∎ Creating motion/animation on different stories.
∎ Produce and deliver accurate, high-quality work with proper planning and within set deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong computer skills in relevant tools.
∎ Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
∎ Interest in graphics and typography.
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience in graphic designing.
