Job Context:
∎ This position will deliver below:
∎ A balanced vendor base for all Electronics categories
∎ Strong pipeline of potential vendors
∎ Updated product and stock list always available for content team
∎ First in market to offer newest product for the customers
∎ Deliver sales target at favorable gross and net margin
∎ Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation to deliver best product at lowest market price
∎ Exciting new product for customers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively update to company leadership team on the progress of overall vendor & category performance across the entire business
∎ Proactively update to company leadership team on the progress of category prioritization, vendor analysis and gap review, vendor sourcing prioritization with clear on-boarding plan for new and deactivation plan for exit vendors for all categories
∎ Ensure vendor sourcing in line with business plan and brand strategy
∎ Proactive communication with existing vendors for new product opportunity
∎ Lead BD team to negotiate best terms and conditions, favorable vendor payment and seller price
∎ Ensure BD team follow Content WOW and keep website updated.
∎ Review and share weekly category and vendor performance report across the business
∎ Joint review of Market update with Marketing team and propose Eazybest's stand to leadership team
∎ Ensure strong collaboration with vendors and marketing team to generate excellent joint promotion plan
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in business development in Mobile, Computers and Home Electronics will be given preference.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS word, Power Point and E-mail.
∎ Strong knowledge of e-commerce sites
∎ Strong market knowledge of e-commerce sectors at local, regional and global level
∎ Strong managerial capability, able to handle a team
∎ 2-3 years experience in working in e-commerce business development. At least 1 year experience of managing team.
∎ Office time 10am to 7pm from Saturday to Thursday.
∎ Colleagues should be highly motivated, energetic, committed, analytical, strategic minded and a proactive communicator
∎ Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills
∎ Colleague should have good understanding of company's values and goals.
∎ Colleagues should adhere to companies HR and Admin policies such as Leave, Office Timing, Confidentiality, Anti-corruption, Dress Codes etc
